Refund and cancellation policy
Last updated: 1 June 2026. Applies to clinics, discipline reviews, labs, and cohorts offered by Progressive Data Sys.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid for scheduled training sessions with Progressive Data Sys. This site does not take online payments; refunds relate to invoices settled by bank transfer or other agreed methods.
Timeframe
Cancel in writing to info@progressivedatasys.digital at least seven full days before the session start for a full refund of the session fee. Cancellations between six days and forty-eight hours before start receive a fifty percent refund. Cancellations inside forty-eight hours are not refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Cohorts
Cohort fees cover a sequence of meetings. Withdrawal before the first meeting follows the full-session timeframe above for the whole cohort fee. After the first meeting has begun, unused later meetings may be credited toward a future single session of equal or lesser value within six months; cash refunds for unused later meetings are not offered.
Non-refundable items
Printed materials already produced for a private group, third-party room hire booked at your request, and completed one-to-one reviews are non-refundable once delivered.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without fee if you give at least five days’ notice and an alternative date exists within eight weeks. Further reschedules may be treated as a cancellation.
Deposits
Where a deposit is requested to hold a clinic or cohort place, it is applied to the final fee. Deposits are refundable under the same timeframe rules as the full fee.
No-shows
Failure to attend without notice is treated as a late cancellation. The session fee is forfeited.
Sessions already started
If you leave a live session early voluntarily, no partial refund is issued. If we cancel a session mid-delivery due to facilitator illness or venue failure, you may choose a full refund or a replacement date.
Processing
