Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address, optional session preference, and message content. When you book a session we may also collect preparation questionnaires, trade-journal excerpts you choose to share, billing details for invoices issued offline, and attendance notes.

Why we collect it

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, schedule and deliver training, improve session design, meet record-keeping and tax obligations, and — only with consent — send occasional notes about new cohort dates.

Legal bases

Under the Australian Privacy Principles we collect information that is reasonably necessary for our training services, with your consent where required, and to meet legal obligations.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to twenty-four months if no booking follows. Participant records for delivered sessions are retained for seven years for accounting and dispute resolution, then securely deleted or anonymised.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited details with email or scheduling providers who process data on our instructions, and with professional advisers or authorities when required by law.

International transfers

Some email or hosting providers may store data outside Australia. Where that occurs we take reasonable steps to ensure recipients handle information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to legal retention duties. Contact us at the email above. You may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you are unsatisfied with our response.
